Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to virtual job opportunities and freelance platforms.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with your team to meet service level objectives and continuously improve user experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in virtual job platforms or freelance services, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, showcasing strong organizational skills.
