Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about streaming services and troubleshoot any issues they may experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest streaming trends and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the entertainment industry.
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle inquiries efficiently.
