Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking features, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and banking regulations.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the banking sector.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially related to banking or mobile services, is advantageous but not mandatory.
