Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking products and services, ensuring accurate information and resolutions.
• Document customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest industry trends and product features.

Requirements

• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
