Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the logistics sector via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding logistics operations and services, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Document all customer interactions diligently and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about logistics trends and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in logistics, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
