Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong enthusiasm for home entertainment technology and delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or a technical background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
