Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about home appliance products, services, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay informed about new appliances and technologies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in home appliances or a related field, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
