Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, including order tracking and menu assistance.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with our offerings and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
