Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about automotive insurance policies and claims, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Document customer interactions and claims details accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to continuously improve your knowledge and skills in automotive insurance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native languange is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
