Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian by addressing inquiries related to smart home technology products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, providing clear instructions and solutions to enhance their user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system for continuous improvement and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and technologies in the smart home sector to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Proactively engage with customers to provide guidance on product features and best practices for optimal use.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of smart home technologies and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the technology or electronics industry, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions to customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
  • A self-motivated, adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of accurately managing customer records and inquiries.
  • A strong interest in smart home technology and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends in the industry.
