Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian by addressing inquiries related to smart home technology products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, providing clear instructions and solutions to enhance their user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system for continuous improvement and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and technologies in the smart home sector to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Proactively engage with customers to provide guidance on product features and best practices for optimal use.
- Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of smart home technologies and improve customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the technology or electronics industry, is highly desirable.
