Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately for the improvement of service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training to stay updated on the latest smart home technology trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for technology and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• A willingness to continuously learn about smart home technologies.
