Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address inquiries regarding health and wellness products, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer service objectives.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all communications.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong interest in health, wellness, and customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment!
