Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to artificial intelligence products and services.
• Guide users in troubleshooting and implementing AI solutions effectively.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to track issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and relay them to customers in a clear manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies or the tech industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and continuously adapt to new challenges.
