Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services, ensuring their needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service targets and improve operational processes.
• Engage in training programs to keep up-to-date with banking products and customer service practices.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and propose solutions for service improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is required, alongside excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, especially within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with a complete relocation package offered.
• In possession of EU passport
