This role allows you to merge your language skills with your passion for the gaming world.

As a Content Moderator, your primary mission will be to promote a positive, engaging, and safe environment within the gaming community. You will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community standards while creating an enjoyable online atmosphere for players. Your Responsibilities

• Moderate and review user-generated content in Italian related to gaming and esports across various platforms.
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines to foster a respectful online environment.
• Promptly identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior.
• Engage with the gaming community to encourage positive discussions and interactions.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance moderation practices and community involvement.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Please indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Passion for gaming, esports, and online communities.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills combined with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A team-oriented individual that values collaboration.
