Responsibilities

• Consult with Italian-speaking clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and functionalities of our services.
• Assist clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud-based solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to help clients optimize their use of SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on client experiences and service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS or cloud computing.
• Solid understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies with the capacity to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and guide clients through complex processes.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
