Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, understanding their needs related to online payment services.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they implement our solutions.
• Provide support by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
• Organize and lead training sessions to educate clients on maximizing the benefits of our payment technologies.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to communicate client feedback and suggest improvements to our offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to better assist and inform clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, consulting, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or payment processing sectors.
• Solid understanding of online payment solutions and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing client satisfaction.
