Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for Italian clients, addressing inquiries related to online payment solutions.
• Provide personalized assistance to clients in evaluating and implementing the most suitable payment processing options.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless payment experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant and accurate advice to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or consultancy roles, preferably in the online payments or fintech sector.
