As a Consultant, you will work directly with Italian-speaking clients, offering insights into their business processes and recommending software solutions that enhance productivity and customer relationship management. Your Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking clients in understanding and implementing business software and CRM solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide expert advice on software features and functionalities to maximize client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are well-versed in effectively using the software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client feedback on software performance.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in business software and CRM technologies.
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for service enhancement and customer retention.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in business software consulting, CRM solutions, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
