Your Role

• Deliver top-notch client support in Italian via multiple communication channels.
• Respond to inquiries with a warm and helpful demeanor, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, providing thoughtful solutions.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and share customer feedback with the team.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an amazing service experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay ahead of product knowledge and support techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is a must; additional languages are a plus!
• Genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
• Previous experience in client support or a related role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a friendly tone.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a vibrant new life!
