Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the social media team for daily tasks.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing creative social media campaigns.
• Manage communications and correspondence in Italian, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain organized documentation related to various projects and activities.
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance workflows and overall efficiency.
• Support the organization and execution of promotional events to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the social media or marketing sector.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
