On behalf of our client, we are looking for an enthusiastic, Italian-speaking individual to join their Customer Support team and assist customers with technical issues. You don’t need to be an IT expert—if you have great communication skills and enjoy helping people, they’ll provide all the training you need!
You’ll receive thorough, hands-on training to help you become an expert in our client’s products and develop strong problem-solving skills. This role is a great starting point for advancing your career in customer experience, product support, or even IT!
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and supportive manner
• Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and timely updates
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Italian (both written and verbal)
• C1 in English
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
• Good computer literacy (we’ll teach you the rest!)
• Ability to work in our client’s office in Athens
