Team 17 Digital Limited is seeking to hire an IT Technician to work as part of our IT Services team. The focus will be on managing assigned support tickets, creating technical solutions as part of support and project activities, and providing friendly, reliable assistance to colleagues. We are looking for a candidate who is ready for the challenge of working as part of a team in an organisation with a global brand and approximately 400 employees. Requirements

Essential experience

·         Working with Microsoft management and security technologies such as Intune, 365, Active Directory (both on premise and Azure), Defender

·         Providing support for Microsoft 365 Office applications

·         At least 3 years of experience handling support tickets in a service desk environment

·         Software & hardware troubleshooting

·         Writing and maintaining knowledge base articles

 

Desired experience

·         ITIL certification

·         SDI Service Desk Analyst (or above)

·         Windows & MacOS

·         PowerShell scripting

 

Other skills and comments

We are looking for a candidate with excellent troubleshooting and support skills, with a collaborative approach to work and an enthusiastic can-do attitude. Strong communication skills are essential. The role will offer hands on experience with a multitude of exciting technologies ranging from security to games consoles, from AV to games development software.

A full clean driver’s license will be required for infrequent visits to other sites. The role is preferred onsite in Wakefield with possible options for flexible working.
