IT Technical Support Specialist

What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Ivanti employees (on-site and remote)
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, connectivity, and access
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and MFA via Active Directory and Azure AD
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services – Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools while meeting SLA targets
- Image, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices
- Onboard new hires, ensuring their workstations are set up and ready
- Document solutions for our growing knowledge base
- Deliver friendly, professional, and customer-centric support, aligning with Ivanti’s values
What you will bring:
- Some work experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Good understanding of troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft 365

- Availability to work on-site at our Bracknell office on Mondays and Wednesdays (with additional on-site presence as needed) don't worry, we have free on site parking!
