IT Technical Support Analyst (English)

We are looking for an IT Technical Support Analyst to join our partners on-site IT support team in Debrecen.

If you enjoy hands-on IT support, solving technical issues end-to-end, and working closely with users in a professional office environment, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to end users via phone, online channels and in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Ensure support tickets are handled within defined SLAs and with high customer satisfaction
  • Keep support queues under control and provide regular updates on open incidents
  • Help users get the most out of their systems, tools and equipment
  • Monitor system performance and perform routine audits and reports
  • Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared IT resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and security standards

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing / logging systems
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as:
    • VoIP
    • Networking, VPN, RDP
    • LAN protocols (TCP/IP)
    • Patching and system maintenance
  • Proven experience with operating systems:
    • Microsoft OS
    • iOS
    • macOS
    • Linux
  • Self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
