Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their technical staffing needs
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, job boards, online communities, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals
• Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and present a diverse pool of qualified candidates to the recruitment team
• Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and market intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in talent sourcing
• Work closely with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with qualified IT professionals
• Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software
