The IT Technical Analyst will work with Manifest MedEx’s participants and internal teams to support the products and services that provide integration of healthcare data between hospitals, providers, and health plans. In addition, this position will support technical customized effort for key strategic projects and portfolio work. The position will function as the first line of support for a variety of health care-based integration solutions supporting MX products and services. This position will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end flow of data, including connectivity, data formats, and software platforms in an AWS environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
Function as primary support for MX customers by investigating and maintaining ownership of participant issues to ensure a resolution is delivered to the participant in a timely manner.
Implement and configure monitoring systems owned by the support team
Troubleshoot patient matching issues, clinical and claims data issues, connectivity, strategic product issues and any other participant or internally identified issues.
Support of all data flows, which includes CCDA, HL7v2 and Claims/Eligibility data.
Support new products that have unique workflows that require a technical skillset
Communicating with customers regarding outages
Provision & management of users including processing of opt out requests.
Coordinate closely with other internal teams and MX Vendors to leverage each other in supporting customers.
Maintain tracking of issues and support documentation in the approved MX tools e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce
Comply with MX Policies & Procedures & ensure proper use and protection of information assets by complying with the organization’s information privacy and security policies to protect assets from unauthorized access and by reporting any security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.
Perform on call duties and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with front and backend technical tools including but not limited to JavaScript, HTML, PostgreSQL
Experience with developer tools including but not limited to web development technologies
Exposure to healthcare data standards e.g., HL7, CCDA, FHIR
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent people skills with a customer service-oriented approach, and a focus on building relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be flexible to meet project priorities, work under pressure and balance competing demands.
Customer-first attitude and high-performance driven individual.
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 - $80,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
