What will you do?
As an IT Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms;
- Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates;
- Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements;
- Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit;
- Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions;
- Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines.
Additionally:
- Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year;
- Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection, particularly within the IT sector;
- Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
- Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude;
- Good command of English;
- Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
