  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Nice to have
  • Experience recruiting non-IT roles (e.g. business, operations, sales, support)
  • Knowledge of the Polish and/or European IT job market
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech-startup
