IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a talented and professional IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end process, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events in order to attract and hire the best talent in the market.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent is desired.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• At least 2 years of experience hiring technical roles.

• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge and effective use of ATS platforms, databases, and talent tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely visibility on progress.

• Proactive approach to talent sourcing and creativity in leveraging diverse channels when needed.

• Commitment to process compliance, internal guidelines, and Talent Acquisition processes.

• Proactive, resilient, dynamic, and professional attitude, with the ability to adapt to change and maintain high-quality standards.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires, offering an excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Plan interview and selection procedures depending on each role, including screening calls, assessment, technical tests, in-person interviews
• Coordinate and plan interviews with hiring managers and specialists.
