How You 'll Make an Impact

  • Monitor IT systems 24/7 using various tools. Detect issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed.
  • Perform routine checks of system processes.
  • Monitor financial transaction flows from a technical perspective.
  • Investigate reported problems and manage incidents and service requests.
  • Coordinate with all involved teams to resolve issues and keep ticket communication updated.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Troubleshoot undocumented problems using experience and team support.
  • Submit and monitor end-of-day job streams.
  • Work closely with international card organizations (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, American Express) and their technical teams.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree in IT or related field is needed.
  • Good general understanding of IT technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system including Office package, standard applications.
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Server environment
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU full-time and permanently, without employer sponsorship.
  • Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).
