Job Summary

The Systems & Network Administrator ensures the smooth operation of infrastructure environments across the network. This role integrates the second-line support team, providing technical support for systems, networks, and security, while actively participating in IT projects. The focus is on network, security operations, and projects, with additional responsibility for supporting Windows and Linux systems.

Key Tasks & Activities:

  • Actively participate in IT projects (network, systems, and security components).
  • Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues for local and remote sites.
  • Provide second-line support for: Network and security infrastructure and Windows and Linux servers.
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance network resilience, efficiency, and security.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networks and network security (including Cisco switching, routing, firewalls, WiFi, NAC).
  • Experience in project management and implementing complex networks.
  • Good understanding of WAN, SSL VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot networks and security systems.
  • Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Excellent team player, proactive, organized, and methodical.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available for frequent travel.
