We’re looking for an IT Support professional who will drive seamless IT operations and ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives, including supporting our Indonesia Business License submission process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead technology-driven solutions, optimize IT processes, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements through innovative problem-solving and collaboration.

Requirements

What you will do:

  1. Network Design and Installation
    Design network architectures tailored to the organization’s needs.
    Install network devices such as switches and routers to ensure seamless connectivity.
  2. Monitoring and Escalation
    Monitor alarms and network performance tools.
    Escalate critical issues to the HQ team for resolution when necessary.
  3. Security and Network Policy Assessment
    Develop and maintain access control matrices.
    Install and configure firewall systems.
    Establish and enforce bandwidth and access rules.
    Provide VPN access to employees based on management approvals
    .
  4. IT Team Monitoring and Task Delegation
    Delegate IT-related requests and incident reports from employees.
    Verify and validate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual IT reports.
    Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of documents produced by IT staff.
  5. Reporting
    Report unresolved daily tasks to the Assistant Manager or Manager.
    Evaluate the performance of the IT team and implement improvements.
    Propose the purchase of necessary IT equipment and services.
    Prepare incident reports concerning the internet provider at the head office and branches.
    Conduct vendor evaluations and report on their performance.
  6. Audit
    Assess the IT system planning setups.
    Ensure that all IT components at the head office and branches are complete and compliant for regulatory reporting.
