IT Support Technician

CLIENT:             MSP local to south Tampa

LOCATION:       Must reside in south Tampa vicinity since local travel to client sites is required

JOB TITLE:         IT Support Technician

PAY:                    $42K - $45K with benefits

SHIFT:                 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience including Microsoft O365

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Remote - IT support including, but not limited to, Microsoft O365 support (user accounts, password resets, etc) and other remote fixes via VPN/chat/phone.
  • Local travel to client sites for new user setups, etc.
  • Attend trainings and networking events (during business hours)
