About the role:
The IT Specialist is responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing end user issues pertaining to their daily job duties. This includes daily walkthroughs at remote sites, as well as managing and resolving service request tickets on a daily basis. This individual is responsible for providing high quality technical assistance and support related to the company’s computer systems, software, and hardware. This position is directly responsible for interaction with end users and their machines on a daily basis.

The OTE salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.
