Our IT Support Team is responsible for building and maintaining the technical foundation of our daily operations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our 1500+ associates, acting as a bridge between complex technology and the people who use it. If you enjoy solving diverse technical puzzles, managing ticket flows, and providing top-tier internal customer service, this role is for you.

You Will:

  • Oversee and maintain the office IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for 1500+ users.
  • Support internal users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
  • Manage and configure network devices (switches, printers), workstations, and access control systems.
  • Drive automation by developing tools to streamline routine IT processes and repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure security and stability through proactive network monitoring, backup management, and system auditing.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to select and deploy the best hardware and software solutions for the company’s evolving needs.

Requirements

Must have:

  • Expertise in Windows troubleshooting and knowledge of workstation-level software environments.
  • Understanding of networking, including LAN management and workstation-level connectivity.
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in a patient and professional manner.
  • Technical fluency: Git, basic Linux skills, or script-writing abilities.
  • Languages: English (B1+), Polish (C2).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud ecosystems, particularly Azure Active Directory or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of macOS and Linux environments in a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with network security, including Firewalls, UTM, IPS, and VPN configurations.
  • Experience in scaling IT infrastructure in fast-growing organizations.
  • Interest in AI tools to assist in troubleshooting or documentation.
