About the position:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent support to end users in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

  • Provide daily IT support to employees, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Maintain, prepare, and configure IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices) for new and existing employees.
  • Set up, maintain, and administer network connections and devices
  • Manage and support MDM solutions on at least two of the three major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment (user management, licenses, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Work with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Set up and maintain meeting rooms (hardware, conferencing systems, Teams/Zoom integration, AV
    equipment)
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of internal IT operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with end users and team members

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools (any platform)
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or macOS operating systems
  • Basics of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Atlassian products
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
