IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

TLDR

Provide technical support for global internal users while managing and improving IT infrastructure and systems in a fast-growing tech environment.

Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)

The IT support Specialist is part of the IT Operations Team. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing the best support to our employees based in our offices around the world or working remotely in systems, networks and services that Usercentrics employees rely on.

Your Tasks

  • Provide technical support for internal users across remote/global locations by diagnosing and resolving issues related to software, hardware, networking, and day-to-day productivity tools.
  • Manage and provide support for productivity and security tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Suite, Intune, AD, Asset Management among other tools.
  • Ensure proactive management of incidents, service requests, and tasks within SLA.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of employees by cooperating with HR and hiring managers and managing automation tools.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and support of the global internal IT infrastructure in Usercentrics's offices.
  • Operate/improve the IT inventory system and the existing IT ticketing tool.
  • Track, manage, and coordinate license allocation with stakeholders.
  • Participate in the documentation and knowledge base of the IT department.
  • Communicate on services, and uses of existing or new tools to users.

You Bring

  • Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support
  • Experience in providing support on modern SaaS Cloud tools such as Google Workspace
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast growing international environment or studies in a similar field
  • Good experience in supporting MacOS and Windows
  • Good listening skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Understanding of SLAs and ensuring ticket closures within defined SLAs.
  • Excellent sense of service and your always positive spirit
  • Very organized and can manage priorities
