The RoleAs our IT Support Specialist, you’ll fully own all internal IT operations for both our Ecuador and U.S. teams. You’ll manage devices, security, Microsoft 365, user access, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical support.You’ll handle laptop management, security, software provisioning, and ongoing support.If you’re highly organized, fast at solving problems, and love creating smooth, secure, reliable systems for a growing team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain all company devices (Mac & Windows laptops)
- Set up, configure, and support Microsoft 365 for all employees
- Handle system access, new user setup, permissions, and offboarding
- Manage desktop/laptop security, updates, monitoring, and compliance
- Oversee device management tools and unified endpoint management
- Troubleshoot daily tech issues (hardware, software, connectivity)
- Maintain inventory of equipment, licenses, and renewals
- Manage software provisioning, updates, and account administration
- Support basic network needs, office connectivity, and hardware setup
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate internal records
- Coordinate with vendors when needed (internet, equipment purchases)
- Ensure secure, organized, and efficient IT operations across all teams
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, admin portals, and license management
- Familiarity with security tools, endpoint protection, and device monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues quickly
- Strong organizational skills and documentation habits
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proactive attitude — you take ownership and prevent issues before they happen
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with MDM / unified endpoint management tools
- Basic knowledge of networking and office connectivity
- Experience supporting fast-moving remote teams
- Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools
- Experience with security compliance or risk management
