As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
Set up and configure computers/laptops for new and existing colleagues based on their department (OS install, core apps, accounts, permissions)
Create accounts, provide access to tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft, collaboration platforms), deliver devices, and conduct basic user training, during onboarding
Retrieve devices, deactivate accounts, secure wipe/format, and prepare devices for new users, during offboarding
Provide First-level support (helpdesk) for daily technical issues on hardware, software, and basic network problems
Perform OS reinstalls and formats, when needed, and coordinate laptop repairs with external partners, as required
Take inventory, track and monitor company tools (MDM, Antivirus, Email Protection) and devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals, licenses) using the asset/inventory management tool
Organize IT storage (device stock, spare parts, peripherals) and update relevant tools
Create, update, and organize IT manuals, how-to guides, and documentation for users and internal IT use
Assist in enforcing security policies, such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
What you will bring:
1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk/IT Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of:
Windows 10/11
Core Google Workspace tools
Remote support tools
Hardware (Laptops, printers, copiers)
Organizational skills and attention to detail in device/account logging and actions
Strong communication skills and user-support orientation
Excellent Greek and English (written and spoken)
A degree in Computer Science or related fields will be considered a plus
Familiarity with macOS a plus
