Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices
Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownership
Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels
Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities
Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates
Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas
Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devices
Proven experience managing:
Google Workspace (Google Admin)
Okta
Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:
DHCP, LAN/WAN
Active Directory / Access Points
IPSec VPN
Network monitoring & security principles
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English
