The IT Support Specialist role is responsible for implementing IT procedures, website development, and providing best practice solutions to improve individual and/or firm wide efficiencies across BwB's technologies.
The day-to-day responsibilities include providing Microsoft 365 support across the BwB team, updating and maintaining the BwB website (Operating on WIX), troubleshooting additional issues across BwB hardware, software, and network. In providing this support, the IT support Specialist will be collaborating across the wider BwB team, being able to provide real-time solutions to IT issues faced or produce timely updates/maintenance as required.
While the BwB team works across multiple time zones, the predominate internal stakeholders for this role are based across the UK/EU, with responsiveness across these business hours expected.
