We are currently looking for an IT Support. 

Your daily task:

  • Receive, process, and support technical requests from users via email, phone, or in person.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT devices.
  • Assist users in using software, operating systems, and internal applications.
  • Manage and monitor the internal network (LAN, Wi-Fi) and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Support the installation and operation of camera systems and video conferencing equipment.
  • Regularly check and maintain IT systems to ensure stable and secure operation.
  • Assist in implementing and upgrading hardware and software as required by the company.
  • Train and guide employees on IT security policies and regulations.
  • Record and report IT issues, proposing solutions to improve work efficiency.

Your background should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 - 7 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support.
  • Proficient in installing and troubleshooting computers and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking systems, hardware, and basic security.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a supportive mindset.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Preferably candidates with MCSA, CCNA, or other relevant IT certifications.
