Responsibilities
- Lead our IT support & Productivity team by providing direction, training, and ongoing performance management.
- Monitor and maintain our platform to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and prioritize system issues and resolve them promptly, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Communicate with other teams to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for IT initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure that we are always using the best tools available.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- There will be more office work, therefore we prefer candidates who are domiciled in Jabodetabek.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of computer network concepts.
- Be able to set up, troubleshoot, and optimize networks, particularly using Mikrotik and Unifi.
- Having experience in setting up office networks from scratch and designing Wi-Fi network topologies will be given a big plus.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks.
