IT Support Internship

As an established IT Service Provider / Managed Service Provider, we specialize in providing top-notch network and computer support and IT consulting services to small and mid-size organizations.

Here's what you'll be doing!

• The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support for desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
• You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our established tracking system as well as help maintain our documentation up to date.
• You’ll be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
• You will coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.

**This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home. This internship is also a paid opportunity**

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of computer systems on Windows or Mac platforms.
• Planned career in the IT services industry.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Impressive verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry computer components up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with a ticketing system is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to commute daily to our office in Issaquah, WA. This internship is in-office, not remote or work from home.
