Your Adventure Ahead
  • Support daily IT operations and act as the first point of contact for employee tech issues.
  • Assist in setting up laptops, user accounts, and access for new joiners — making sure they’re ready to hit the ground running.
  • Help maintain IT devices, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
  • Keep the IT inventory organized and up to date.
  • Support employee offboarding by helping collect devices and manage account deactivation securely.
  • Contribute ideas to improve internal IT processes and enhance user experience.
  • Essentials to Succeed
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • Eager to learn and gain real-world exposure to IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a sense of integrity and confidentiality when handling business or personal data.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude — you’re ready to help colleagues and learn from every challenge.
  • Previous experience with IT support or service desk tasks (through school projects or internships) is a plus.
