This is a full-time staff position with benefits within our Los Angeles team and requires working on-site at our Santa Monica location.

We are looking for a passionate and forward thinking IT Support Analyst to join the team. It's a challenging and ever changing, technology led environment so we need a quick learner who is a natural problem solver.
The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualization and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. What you’ll do
Act as the first line of support for all incidents and requests across Framestore’s North American divisions via Jira Service Desk
Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
Monitor a variety of physical and logical systems
Diagnose and replace hardware components
Manage assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
Interact and support artists on a daily basis
Produce and update documentation using Confluence
Partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
Strong experience in a customer facing role
Strong self-guided problem solving skills
Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair
Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)
A commitment to teamwork
Proven ability to adapt and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

California Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, non-exempt.
The posted range describes the minimum to maximum range for this job description in the state of California. The range is posted in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of California. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
