IT Support Analyst - 1st and 2nd line (f/m/d)

Support users globally with IT issues in a dynamic team while ensuring service quality and collaboration with corporate IT for technology deployment.

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for IT Support across our Stepstone offices Globally. 

Working in the Global Support Team, within the Corporate IT department, you will be supporting users with their IT issues and requests across the Globe.  

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

  

Your responsibilities:  

  • Provide first and second-line technical IT support through the IT Service Desk, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Support will be delivered via multiple channels (portal, phone, chat) to users across our global offices. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues across various platforms and operating systems.  This will therefore require proficiency in several areas including; Office 365, soft-phone systems, Windows and Mac OS platforms. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain standard software and hardware, both onsite and remotely. 
  • Collaborate with the Corporate IT Service Teams for third-line escalation and project work. 
  • Participate in IT projects by supporting the deployment of new technologies. 
  • Maintain IT environments in regional offices, including conference room AV systems. 
  • Support remote offices, which will include some regional or international travel. 

  

Your skills and qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst, showcasing all-round technical skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including very good German and English. 
  • Microsoft Certifications or CompTIA Certifications. 
  • ITIL certification.
