As a Windward Support Administrator, you are expected to provide internal support to Windward across multiple technologies. This role is is intended as entry level with a significant opportunity to learn and develop technology skills.
Qualifications
- BS in systems engineering, computer science or similar technology degree
- Use of macOS
- Basics of Linux / Unix / shell / command line, (IE: SSH , dir / ls / cd)
- Desire / ability to learn new skills and task
Tasks
- Onboard / Offboard employees
- Respond to Zendesk tickets for internal IT
- Rebuild workstations and laptops
- Monthly contractor review
- Monthly application review
- Periodic extra application audits
- Remediate security findings

Assist in larger IT projects:
- Develop Salesforce Workflows
- Develop PowerAutomate Workflows
- Deploy GCC M365 environment
- CMMC Compliance
- Azure maintenance
- Lab VM Creation / maintenance
- Building / managing / patching Lab server environments
- Build the IT Site content for the end users
- Routing of call center dispatches
