Role overview

Hands-on site IT generalist keeping the Limassol offices running smoothly. Own end-user support, office hardware, ticket workflows, and vendor coordination—so teams can focus on their work.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote helpdesk support across three nearby offices.

  • Triage, resolve, and document requests/incidents in the ticketing system; contribute to the knowledge base.

  • Set up and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints; onboarding/offboarding; asset inventory.

  • Maintain office hardware: workstations, peripherals, networked printers (drivers/queues), and meeting-room AV.

  • Perform basic network tasks (patching, cabling, switch/Wi-Fi checks) on MikroTik and HP Aruba gear.

  • Coordinate external providers (ISPs, printing, cabling, hardware) and track outcomes.

  • Help refine lightweight support processes as our service model and SLAs evolve.

  • Assist with small office moves and upgrades.

Minimum qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office apps) and Google Workspace for end-user support.

  • Practical experience administering Windows and macOS endpoints (setup, imaging, profiles, updates).

  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, basic VLANs, Wi-Fi concepts).

  • Proven experience installing and troubleshooting networked printers.

  • Experience working in a ticketing system with clear, customer-centric communication.

  • Russian is the main language. English for communication with part of the end-users and documentation.

  • Ability to move between the three central Limassol offices during the day.

Nice to have

  • Experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SharePoint; basic Azure operations.

  • Hands-on experience with MikroTik and HP Aruba switch/Wi-Fi configuration, VLAN design/optimization; exposure to next-generation firewalls and VPNs; basic segmentation.

  • MDM/automation familiarity (e.g., Intune/Jamf) and scripting with PowerShell/Bash to automate routine tasks.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Wazuh) and basic alerting.

  • Ability to maintain internal wikis/documentation (Confluence/MediaWiki/Notion) and write clear IT procedures and policies.

  • Exposure to private cloud/virtualization (VMware/Proxmox/OpenStack).

  • Basic Linux administration.

  • Driver’s license and access to a car are a plus.
